Domestic (UK) Delivery 

Delivery rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We generally use Hermes for delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur but, if we know these in advance, we will let you know.

 

Dispatch processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, but will be sent on the first working day afterwards.

 

Dispatch confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to Europe and North America. If you require delivery outside of these territories then please email us at info@lionstrike.net and we will look into whether shipping is possible and related charges.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thanks for shopping at Lionstrike. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or there’s a problem with your purchase from Lionstrike, we're here to help.

We accept returns for unwanted items or items that were the wrong size. We ask that buyer pays for postage. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please email us at info@lionstrike.net

For any faulty items, we'll provide a replacement item free of charge, or we can provide a full refund including postage. Please email us at info@lionstrike.net
