Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Lionstrike. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or there’s a problem with your purchase from Lionstrike, we're here to help.

We accept returns for unwanted items or items that were the wrong size. We ask that buyer pays for postage. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please email us at info@lionstrike.net with your order number and we'll get the returns process underway for you. 

For any faulty items, we'll provide a replacement item free of charge, or we can provide a full refund including postage. Please email us at info@lionstrike.net with your order number and we'll get this underway for you. 

 Our returns and refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
